Business customer
For business customers, the withdrawal period as applicable to consumers cannot be invoked. This legal right exists only for consumers. Dissolution of the contract is therefore only possible as of the next expiry date of the agreement/contract.
Customer
For customers/consumers, the withdrawal period can be invoked. Adapted conditions apply to this. This cannot be invoked for every service or product. For example, domain registrations are excluded from the cooling-off period.
